Undoubtedly, there must always have been lots of misinformed, avid, strange and some just looney-tuned people out there in all sorts of presumably responsible positions who show the reasons they should have no control over the lives of others.
John Laws wrote for CNN about the judge Democrats are asking to resign because he said there will be civil war if Obama is elected to another term. Watch this man on video (he claims he was taken out of context but you will see him speaking for himself)
Perhaps it is more shocking today because we are able to see and hear these fools rather than assuming a journalist is negatively biased or misquoting as it was before TV.
The Washington Post has a video (be patient with the ads first) that talk about Todd Akin who, by his ignorance, clearly demonstrates why lawmakers should never be allowed to make decisions that are better handled between women and their doctors. .If you can hang in there, a second video will follow that is equally interesting in its exposure to Paul Ryan which may be surprising to those who think the speaks honestly.
Watching Fox News and many pundits on all the News channels, one might think they try hard to present those they favor in a positive manner. However, now that we see video of what was actually said, rather than the previous;y interpreted version squeezed through the 'news person's sphincter.'
Mitt Romney who likes to talk of his rivals as having negative campaigning should look in the ad mirror .He seems to enjoy calling his opponents 'simple minded'. Now I must ask, listen to his unscripted campaign speech the other day in Michigan and tell me just who is the simple-minded candidate.
